I'm not a big agency or a call center. I'm one person, right here in Kansas, helping local owners look good online without the headache.

I set everything up, keep an eye on it, and you can reach me directly. If something's not working, you talk to me, not a ticket system. That's the whole idea.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Every plan is month to month. You can cancel anytime.

Is there a setup fee?

No. You pay one flat monthly price and that's it.

Who owns my Google page and social accounts?

You do. You add me as a manager and you stay the owner. If you ever leave, everything I set up stays with you.

Do I get a website?

If you don't have one, yes. Starter comes with a simple one-page site. Operator gets up to 3 pages, and Full Partner gets up to 5. I build it and keep your text and photos up to date. If you ever leave, the site is yours to keep.

How much of my time does this take?

Very little. About 15 minutes at the start to give me access, then a few job photos each month. I handle the rest.

What happens when I get a bad review?

Any 1 or 2 star review comes to you first, so you see it before I reply. I also report fake reviews to Google. Everything else I answer in your voice.

Which sites do you handle?

Your Google Business Profile on every plan. Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn on the Operator and Full Partner plans.

What areas do you serve?

I'm based in Kansas City and work with owner-run local businesses across Kansas and Missouri. Everything I do happens online, so we can work together even if you're not right down the street.
